  • Vision for U.R.B.A.N. Ministries:
    Our prayer is that God would use us to be a bridge to His Son Jesus Christ. “But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, ‘Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.’ ” Mark 10:14 Our calling is that we would be an outpost of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Christ said to bring the children to him, that their hearts would be reconciled to the Father. 2 Corinthians 5:18 Our desire is to plant seeds of hope in the hearts of the inner city youth. “Remember the creator in the days of your youth.” Ecclesiastes 12:1

Vail Trips

A weekend in Vail

In February 2006 we went up to Calvary Chapel Vail Valley to share with them our ministry here in the inner city of Denver.  With in one month they had put together a trip for a few of our kids to take for the weekend.  Vail Resorts had donated passes for us to tube at the Adventure Ridge snow park.  It was awesome to watch the kids soak in the new adventure.  Pastor Dwayne was also experienceing everything for the first time too.  It was a great weekend.  Back in the condo the church has hooked us up with all of the fixin's for Smores.  The kids had never made smores.  Img_1554_2 Img_1523 Img_1618_2
